Evans Terminal serves all non-Delta airlines. This terminal is connected to the Big Blue Deck, with family-friendly amenities like nursing rooms and pet relief areas.

Complimentary shuttle connects McNamara and Evans terminals. Operates 24/7 with convenient stops at both terminals and the Westin hotel.
Shuttles run every 10-15 minutes during peak hours, with slightly longer intervals during overnight hours. Real-time arrival information available.
Follow ground transportation signs to locate shuttle pickup points. Clear signage and staff assistance available at both terminals.
Detroit Metropolitan Airport’s terminals feature ExpressTram walkways to ease the journey to your departure gate. In the McNamara Terminal, Concourse A, the ExpressTram whizzes travelers along the mile-long concourse between three conveniently-located stations. LED signs and speakers above each train’s sliding doors tell passengers which station they are approaching:
For customers who require additional assistance moving about the terminals, all airlines serving DTW provide wheelchair assistance. Be sure to advise your airline in advance that wheelchair assistance may be required so that they can adequately prepare for your visit.
Missed your connection? Flight delayed? Our airline representatives and airport information desks are strategically located throughout both terminals to help you rebook, find accommodations, or get answers to any travel questions. At DTW, you’ll find help desks in both terminals. In the McNamara Terminal, visit the Central Link area (post-security) for an Airport Ambassador station. In the Evans Terminal, go to the Arrivals Hall (pre-security, lower level). Both terminals also have digital info kiosks throughout for quick directions and assistance.
