Headquarters must be in Michigan’s Air Trade Area:
Average annual gross receipts over the most recent 5-year period OR average number of employees in the preceding completed 12 calendar months (where applicable) that do not exceed the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standards
DBE and ACDBE certifications are obtained through the Michigan Unified Certification Program (MUCP). Firms may be certified by only one MUCP agency, but certification is honored by all federal DOT grant recipients in Michigan.
